In 2019, I broke my back. That one moment led to years of medical chaos — dozens of MRIs, X-rays, rehab programs, and consultations across multiple countries. And yet, I was still dealing with the added anxiety of having to explain my story, as quickly as possible, to specialists every time I walked into the room.
I carried my story in pieces: CDs, paper reports, memory. No one had the full picture — or seemed to care.
I had an accident riding a horse that changed everything. What should have been a beautiful day outdoors became the beginning of a long medical journey.
After telling my story for the third time in a week, I realized this had to stop. No one should have to navigate healthcare like that.
So I started building Carnet — a digital health timeline that helps you receive proper care. A place where every report, scan, and symptom lives together, clearly organized and ready to share. Because care should start with your story. And your story should start with you.

I’m Ariane, Carnet’s founder. In 2019 I broke my back after falling from a horse. Since then my life has been filled with surgeries, MRIs, X-rays, rehab programs, and consultations with doctors across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East—years spent trying to fix what snapped in seconds.

Old scans were locked behind hospital policies, new tests arrived in incompatible formats, and no clinician ever reviewed the entire timeline before proposing a plan.
